Document Preparation

Early Morning, Evenings & Weekends as Needed, by Appointment

Mission Statement

We commit to serve our clients in a professional and courteous manner, guaranteeing the highest quality of service.

We are not attorneys; we are statutorily prohibited from dispensing legal advice. We are not in the practice of law.

We are in business to serve the needs of the members of our community who are forced, due to the prohibitively high cost of legal representation, to appear in Pro Per or Pro Se, “represent themselves.”

It is imperative to the success of your legal endeavor that you spare no time in preparing. Proper preparation could mean the difference between a judgement for you or against you.

Various bar associations offer a service that gives you an opportunity to meet with an attorney to ask questions regarding how to proceed in your case. You meet with an attorney for 30 minutes at a cost of between $25.00 and $35.00. This is a chance for you to ask questions regarding what to do and how to do it. We urge you to take the time and meet with an attorney who specializes in the area of law you require. For a fee, we can help you in compiling a list of questions, if you are perplexed regarding what to ask.

The State and County Bar do not regulate legal form preparation services such as ours. Our clients’ satisfaction, and rate of return and referral regulate the quality of service we provide. Your referrals to friends and family help us keep our costs affordable.

Our professional integrity is strictly regulated and based on our commitment and relationship with God. We answer to an entity far greater than the State or County bar association.
